  • "The changes I’ve experienced have been both external and internal.

    First of all, I can stand upright much more easily now. I’ve had clearly noticeable changes in my lumbar and cervical spine. I also had some pelvic rotation, which I’ve realized has decreased significantly.

    On the internal side, the most important thing is that I’ve become able to focus on a single subject. During practice, my mental rumination is reduced to a minimum. I feel like I’m a completely different person before and after training—lighter, more energetic, and full of a sense of being alive (which diminishes when I don’t practice).
